Perhaps it’s the long wait between now and the recently moved back 2016 release date for Batman v Superman: Dawn Of Justice that has caused fans to take matters into their own hands and create their own early teaser trailers for the highly anticipated film. Two such trailers landed online this week, and both are very different in scope.

The first trailer is a traditional teaser-style trailer, short in length but big on message. The first clip shows us a Batman watching a horde of monitors in his Batcave, as General Zod’s message demanding Kal-El’s surrender is shown on technology across the entire globe in Man Of Steel. This teaser shows fans that Batman is well aware of what has taken in place in Metropolis, and he intends to intervene in the aftermath of the citywide destruction Superman has caused as he was forced to subdue General Zod in downtown Metropolis.

The second is a bit more of your straightforward film preview, assembling clips from multiple films already in release to set the stage for Dawn Of Justice. It is also a very well done piece of fan-made love, showcasing all the primary players in the new film, including Gal Gadot (Wonder Woman) and Jeremy Irons (Alfred).

Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice is an upcoming American superhero film featuring the DC Comics characters Superman and Batman. It is the intended sequel to 2013’s Man of Steel and the second installment in the DC Cinematic Universe. Zack Snyder is directing the film, written by Chris Terrio, from a story by Snyder and David S. Goyer, and stars Henry CavillBen AffleckGal Gadot, Ray Fisher, Jason Mamoa, Amy AdamsLaurence FishburneDiane LaneJesse EisenbergJeremy IronsTao Okamoto, and Holly Hunter. Batman v.
