Top 5 Non-Comic Book Movie Villains
So if you know me, I am a fan of villains. Most villains have an interesting back story and a great villain makes the movie seem so intense and important at parts. The old saying ‘The villain makes the hero” is certainly true. Without a good villain, the hero doesn’t necessarily seem as important. Sometimes, though, the villain gains the popularity more than the hero. That is one reason I left comic book movies out of this. Take The Joker and Loki for example. In The Dark Knight, Heath Ledger took an iconic villain and made him more popular than Batman himself.
In Thor and The Avengers, Loki gained a following that was surprising to a lot, but Tom Hiddleston played a huge part in that as well. But this isn’t just with Comic Book movies that villains gain a following like that. I judged this list as far as what the villain accomplished in the movie and how commanding they were in the movie. The following list is some of my favorite villains, and this was a very tough list to put together for me, because of how many different bad guys I like. No, this isn’t the “Scary Halloween” posts but the bad guys are a part of it, so this will start my month long Halloween dedicated Top five.
