THE BRUCE LEE PREMIERE COLLECTION Blu-ray Review

The Bruce Lee Premiere Collection is a must-own for fans of Bruce Lee and martial arts in general. Shout Factory has delivered some of Lee’s best films in glorious high definition. The set includes The Big Boss, Fist of Fury, The Way of the Dragon and Game of Death.

While watching these films I was reminded that there were no green screens or visual effects. Bruce Lee was the real deal. He did all of his own stunts and didn’t use any wires during the amazingly choreographed fight sequences.

The Big Boss (1971)

Check out my favorite fight sequence from the film:

Fist of Fury (1972)

This is one of my favorite fight sequences because of the slow-motion used.

The Way of the Dragon (1972)

Chuck Norris may be able to survive a nuclear bomb, but he can’t survive the furious kicks of Bruce Lee. Check out this classic fight scene from The Way of the Dragon:

Game of Death (1978)

The plot is over-the-top and a bit confusing, but the fight scene between Lee and Carl Miller is awesome.
