STAR WARS REBELS: BATTLE PLANS FROM DARTH VADER – Put Me In The Story Book Review
The holiday season is here and if you got a Star Wars fan at home, you don’t need to look in a galaxy far, far away for the perfect gift. Put Me In The Story has you covered with not just one but two Star Wars books for your favorite tiny human or favorite grown up kid, like me.
STAR WARS REBELS: BATTLE PLANS FROM DARTH VADER has Darth Vader sending you his battle plans in hopes that you will joining him in helping defeat those pesky rebels. What he doesn’t know if that you are helping Commander Sato by learning how Darth Vader plans to track down and capture the secret rebel force on Lothal.
This book is based on the newest Star Wars cartoon STAR WARS REBELS. You get a page filled with information on each team member – Ezra Bridger, Kanan Jarrus, Sabine Wren, Hera Syndulla, Chopper, Zeb Orrelios, and Ahsoka Tano. For each character there are two pages which questions will be asked about them and you have to fill it out. Darth Vader is testing you to see if you are indeed learning and that you want to help him take down the rebel forces.
As always, Put Me In The Story has done a fine job. When I created this book, it was asking for a bit more information then STAR WARS: THE FORCE INSIDE. They wanted not only a photo and quote but they wanted a address as well. I didn’t really question why and I kinda previewed the book quickly because I didn’t want to get ruined. I made sure everything was spelled correctly and off I went. I actually created both books at the same time and there was no lag at all.
STAR WARS REBELS: BATTLE PLANS FROM DARTH VADER is smaller then STAR WARS: THE FORCE INSIDE, about 6×9 with 40 pages but still hardcover. My name is once again on the cover and everywhere in this book. I will say, Gladys is not a common name so finding things with it is not an easy task. I really love having my name in these Star Wars books. My photo is in the book along with a quote (I used a Sabine one) and considering how dark my photo was (on purpose) it came out really good. It also came with a passport that Darth Vader sent so if I care to join him I can get around easy and the reason for my address? I get a luggage tag. It’s a page in the book but if you cut it out, you won’t be losing anything else. All you gotta do is cut it out, punch a hole, laminate it and you have a Galactic luggage tag.
So why was my chosen picture dark? Let me show you!
I had to make Darth Vader think I was on his side. As you can see, I had a lot of fun creating this book. Another great job from them and starting today, Put Me In The Story is having a sale:

I know I mentioned above that there were two books and I do have a review of the second book!! You can check out STAR WARS: THE FORCE INSIDE review here.
