Forest Whitaker Will Take Part In The Black Panther Movie
It has just come out from Marvel, Academy Award winning actor Forest Whitaker will be joining the cast of the Black Panther movie. In their announcement, they stated that Whitaker will be play the role of Zuri, a statesman for the country of Wakanda. Other actors that will be joining the movie will be Florence Kasumba reprising her role as Ayo, a member of the Dora Milaje, from the Captain America: Civil War movie, Daniel Kaluuya to play W’Kabi, a confidant to T’Challa, and Winston Duke will be M’Baku, a leader of a rival tribe in Wakanda.
Whitaker, Kasumba, Kaluuya, and Duke will be joining an already all-star cast that features Chad Boseman as T’Challa/Black Panther, ruler of Wakanda, and Michael B. Jordan as Erik Killmonger, plus Lupita Nyong’o as Nakia and Danai Gurira as Okoye, members of the fierce Dora Milaje. The movie is being directed by Ryan Coogler, who directed Creed and Fruitvale Station which also featured Jordan.
Black Panther is schedule to be released on February 16, 2018.
