For me it’s been a busy week of playing My Little Pony: Puzzle Party, and it’s making me crave more of the show. My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic is one of those shows that is non-stop cuteness without being annoying which is probably the reason both kids AND adults love it. Even the spin-off My Little Pony: Equestria Girls is a good watch, which seems weird to me because 10 years ago if you told me humanized ponies would be cool, I would have laughed really hard. But did I love the movie? Yes. Humanized ponies are cool (Especially Sunset Shimmer).

sunset_shimmer_ Both My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic and My Little Pony: Equestria Girls have been renewed for 2017, and yeeeeeeeeessssssss, that news couldn’t have come at a better time. My Little Pony: Puzzle Party came out last week and I’ve finally gotten far enough to be stuck on a hard level. I needed some good news. My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic is entering it’s 7th season and Equestria Girls will treat viewers to 3 brand-new 22 minutes specials. What’s the most wild to me about that is Friendship is Magic starting it’s SEVENTH season. That’s pretty incredible for an animated show. Not only that, but October of next year will see My Little Pony: The Movie (and I heard Puzzle Party will have cool stuff going on with the movie too, hmm) There are many people that have been long time fans and there’s probably a lot of children growing up with the show. It’s a really positive show with smart, witty characters, which is something you wouldn’t expect from a children’s show (let alone a show about ponies). Most importantly, it teaches about good friendship, which everybody needs more of. Even the adult fans.

twilight_studying_s1e4 The show has inspired tons of merch, fan art, and even a comic. There’s even whole conventions for My Little Pony fans, and I don’t see this slowing down anytime soon. I really love the animation, the amazing voice cast, and the good morals the show provides people of all ages. Really pumped for the new My Little Pony season.
