Star Wars: Force For Change Enlists Rogue One Stars For UNICEF Fundraising

Disney, Target, and Star Wars: Force For Change have united to raise money to assist those children in need across the world!

It was announced Tuesday that Disney would partner with Target, the Force For Change initiative, and UNICEF in order to raise money for UNICEF’s Kid Power program¬†– a partnership that seeks to bring food to those children in need across the globe.


And here is how it works: UNICEF’s Kid Power program currently allows children to enroll and complete physical activities and interactive challenges in order to earn points that will unlock packets of food to send to those children in need throughout the world. To date this program has enrolled nearly 200,000 children and unlocked 5.1 million packets for distribution. And the Force For Change initiative is now involved!

Also, the stars of Rogue One: A Star Wars Story and others from across Hollywood haveunnamed joined Force For Change in support of this initiative to feed the world’s hungry children. In doing so, they have created a new program called Force 4 Fashion, a t-shirt line sold exclusively at Target stores nationwide beginning November 27th of this year. These t-shirts will feature designs inspired by the upcoming Rogue One film, as well as a shirt created by Jyn Erso herself, Felicity Jones. $5 from all shirt sales will go directly towards the UNICEF Kid Power program.
