New York Toy Fair 2017 Sneak Peak

The highly anticipated New York Toy Fair opened it’s doors today and proved that there’s nothing but exciting things coming out this year. The four day event takes place in the Javits Center, same location as NYCC. Today was only the first day – it runs until February 21st, and there’s hundreds of thousands of new things to see there before they hit the shelves.

This year’s show has expanded its exhibit space to show off toys and inventions from first-time exhibitors. This is really cool for collectors, and really important to toy retailers. There was a lot of incredible things to see there for sure, take a look!

The New York Toy Fair is really cool because not only do you get a preview of upcoming toys and collectibles before anyone else, there’s special events too: a toy trend briefing, licensing seminars and workshops for inventors and designers. The New York Toy Fair is the biggest toy fair with 443,000 square feet of the newest things and cool stuff. I’m looking forward to all the product announcements (squeeeeeeee, I hope Star Wars stuff) in the next coming days.

Hope you enjoyed this sneak peak, ’till next time!
